It has developed the first domestic efficient robot shoe spraying production line to provide to end customers. It can automatically spray treatment agent and glue. The bottleneck problem in the shoe production process chain can not only adapt to the processing requirements of different types of shoes, but also ensure the accuracy of glue application and product quality.

Front section of smart line: incoming materials are read and written in real time (the uppers of different sizes can be directly put into the assembly line when they are inserted into precision shoe lasts), and the upper and lower two-layer conveying is convenient for the recycling of shoe lasts and tooling boards.

The middle section of the intelligent line: the middle section of the robot workstation uses a high-precision robot to complete the work of spraying glue on the upper and spraying the treatment agent on the upper. The design of the double station makes the entry and exit of the shoe last more efficient and fast, the positioning accuracy is high, and the high-precision logic relationship. The station contains automatic spray gun cleaning device, automatic exhaust, etc., so that the spray gun head sprays glue and treatment agent to the shoe upper to achieve a perfect effect, and the spraying error is within 1mm.

Sole vision glue application: 3D vision system is applied in the middle of the intelligent line, the soles of different sizes are automatically recognized by the camera and the glue is applied to the high-precision glue by the robot according to the shape of the different soles, and the conveying part is separately transmitted by two independent conveyor belts , Cooperate with the robot to carry out continuous and efficient glue spraying work.

The rear section of the intelligent line: the robot is perfectly connected with the four-station press and the two-station press to carry out the bottom pressing operation and automatic loading and unloading work, so as to achieve efficient operation without manual operation of the press and manual shoe placement and removal.
