Product description:

 

PUR glue and glue spraying technology are the latest products developed by our company. It uses 3D vision to real-time intelligent image acquisition of shoe soles, with high recognition accuracy. The collected images are converted into robot trajectories and transmitted to the robot through a unique algorithm, so that the intelligent high Glue is sprayed with precision. Sole conveying adopts double belt transmission. One belt transfers the sole and the other belt sprays glue. The two belts interact with each other to maximize efficiency.

The glue spraying effect is stable, which can meet the glue requirement required by the shoe factory and is even. If there is any glue overflowing on the sole after the glue is sprayed, use a sander to remove it, and then activate the PUR glue. After the activation is completed, the sole and the upper are bonded (note: the upper does not need to be sprayed with treatment agent and glue), and then automatically pressed to the multi-station press to complete the production of the shoe.
